Ag47: Silverton's Largest Mixed Use Development
With more and more developments branding their complexes with unique names, developers sought to tie Silverton's largest development to the deep history of the area. With "Ag" being the symbol for silver on the periodic table of elements and its atomic number being 47, Ag47 was a perfect fit.
M+A Architects led the design effort for this large development that's set to include 205 luxury apartments between the four-story building and the townhomes along Stewart Road and 60,000 square feet of commercial space.
Business Courier's Tom Demeropolis reports, "The joint venture closed on its purchase of 10.6 acres at the corner of Montgomery and Stewart roads at the end of 2016. Anderson expects the zoning process to be complete in the middle of March with site work beginning in early summer. Vertical construction on the residential component is expected to begin later this year."
