Virtual Reality Helping Mount Auburn Apartments Fill Up
We’ve completed the first building of One41 Wellington and virtual reality has helped tremendously with the leasing process! M+A doesn't only use VR technology as an internal design tool to communicate our designs to our clients. We can now help our clients by creating VR spaces that they can use as a sales tool as well.
The Cincinnati Business Courier recently came to check out the completed building, take photos and hear more about how we used VR to show off the spaces before they were even complete.
Sarah Kitzmiller, property manager for One41 Wellington, told the Business Courier VR has helped with leasing the apartments. "It allows us to showcase the full potential of the property, rather than only being able to show an unfinished tour path or a rendering of what the site could look like."
