Maximizing a site’s potential.

The Arlington Gateway project presented numerous challenges, one being the site itself. The one-acre size of the site and the L-shape provided a major challenge to get to the owner's required program to fit. The owner wanted to maximize the site's potential with a true live/work/play mixed-use building. Arlington Gateway will feature ground floor retail, restaurant and bank uses; 218 apartment units on the second through sixth floors; over 130,000 sf of office on floors seven through eleven and an almost 850-space parking garage.
