16-story hotel to market rate apartments.

Conversion of an existing 16-story hotel back into market rate residential units in downtown Cincinnati due to market demand for more high-end apartments in the urban core of the city. Originally built as a mixed-use building with 12 floors of residential units, the building was converted into a hotel in 1990.

The current renovation includes work in the lobby to rebuild the original apartment entry, conversion of offices and meeting rooms on the second and third floors of the building into 30 new residential units, alterations to convert 154 existing hotel rooms on floors 4 - 14 into code compliant apartment units, and transformation of the top two floors into penthouse suites.

Our work is all interior and the current restaurant tenant is planning to stay through construction. Additional tenant spaces fill out the first floor. M+A is doing all interior design of the new units and lobby spaces.
