Improved flow will best serve patients

As with many healthcare providers, the Rardin Family Practice center needed to adapt to the switch from paper records to electronic medical records, as well as to improve patient flow and registration efficiency in order to best serve their patients. Luckily for them, their existing medical records storage area was adjacent to their reception and waiting areas, which allowed us to re-image the entire space, creating new reception/check-in and check-out areas with ample staff work space, an enlarged waiting area including child-play space, and a triage clinic, within the scope of this $150,000 renovation to approximately 2,000 SF of existing space.

Completed in 2012, this project was delivered via the traditional multi-prime contract State of Ohio design-bid-build delivery method, on time and on budget.
